Pricing
Memberships are prepaid visit packages in two speeds. Same options for every member, kids and teens alike.
Membership packages
Choose the pace that fits your family's rhythm:

Both windows include two buffer weeks. Visits expire at the end of the window and are non-refundable, so pick the pace that matches your rhythm. You're not locked to one weekday: packages count visits, not specific days, so if your child can't make their usual day, they can attend on a different one within the package window. Consistency is what we recommend: at least one day a week, ideally two.

SHORT VISITS / HALF DAYS
Short visits are ~3h long, anytime between 9 am and 4 pm.

Changing your mind
New members can cancel within the first 7 days and receive a refund for unused visits; after that, visits are non-refundable and expire with their package window. You can switch weekdays between terms; talk to your center.
What differs by location
Altamonte Springs
The standard day ends at 4:00. Families who need later pickup can add extended stay at $20 per hour on certain days, billed as used.
Winter Park
Winter Park runs the tutoring and academics block from 4:00 to 6:00 on select days. Group tutoring is included in a membership visit; 1:1 tutoring is a paid add-on.

Paying with a Step Up scholarship
Meta Humans is an approved Step Up for Students provider. If your family has an eligible Step Up scholarship, your funds can cover membership and camps, and we handle the billing directly, so you don't pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. One thing to know going in: Step Up purchases are non-refundable once invoiced, per program rules.
