Using your Step Up scholarship at Meta Humans
Meta Humans is a direct billing provider with Step Up for Students. For many Florida families, scholarship funds cover membership and camps with nothing out of pocket.
The short version
If your child has a Step Up scholarship, you can spend those funds at Meta Humans. Because we bill Step Up directly, you don't front the money and chase reimbursement: just reserve funds in EMA (we are listed under “Providers”), we invoice Step Up, done.
What Step Up funds can cover here
Meta Humans membership includes access to collaborative projects, community events (such as dances and showcases), and cross-location programming. These activities are an integral part of our educational model, designed to develop 21st century skills including social communication, collaboration, community participation, and self-regulation. These are eligible expenses under the FES-UA and PEP scholarship programs and may be billed separately from standard membership visits at a reduced rate.

You tell us you're paying with Step Up when you register.
You reserve funds directly in EMA.
We invoice Step-Up.
Your child attends. No out-of-pocket payment, no reimbursement paperwork.
One thing to know going in: once a Step Up purchase is invoiced and approved, Step Up treats it as non-refundable.

Step Up for Students administers Florida's education scholarships, including the Personalized Education Program (PEP) for homeschooling families.
